I See You!

As your Health Coach, I will start by strongly recomanding one  reconnective healing session before we begin your transformational journey . The session can be facilitated remotely or in person. The outcome makes no difference regardless of the approach.

This will place in a better place, on all levels: emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. This session will ease the process of transformation which you will encounter during my coaching program.


My coaching program is suggesting for you to start with  a minimum  3 months health coaching package which will follow the reconnective healing session and will consist in me listening carefully to help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition  and dogmas  which will help you determine what changes are appropriate or beneficial for you.


Your program includes...


  • two 50-minute sessions per month

  • e-mail support between sessions;

  • recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare;

  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want;

  • simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge;

  • access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes;

  • discount of 33% to my cooking classes or workshops I facilitate during the time you are my client;

  • my personal commitment to your health and success


After the three months program you can continue to purchase supplementary sessions on a monthly basis   for $222.00 a month.
