Walking the Inner Path

Are you ready to step beyond the cycle of suffering, struggle, and dependence on external systems - systems that distract, seduce, and condition more of humanity each day?

Awakening the consciousness is a journey inward, known since ancient times. Though often misunderstood, hidden, or distorted, it was never truly lost. Today, it is no longer a mystery—because life itself reveals it.

“Initiation is life itself, intensely lived, with rectitude and with love.”— Samael Aun Weor, The Three Mountains

This path isn’t something that can be claimed, taught, or certified. It unfolds silently—through trials, through sincere inner effort, and through the courage to face yourself fully.

I’m not here as an expert but simply sharing what I’ve discovered in the process of working on myself so far —when life became the real initiator.

Some Years Ago...

Some years ago, I found myself on the floor, breaking—not from poverty or material lack, but from the weight of inner emptiness and deep, persistent suffering. I had built the life I once dreamed of. I worked hard, overcame hardship, helped others rise from poverty, followed my passions, explored alternative healing… and yet, I was suffering more than ever.

In that moment, I cried out loud:

“If you are truly real—if someone up there exists—then give me a sign I cannot deny, because I can’t take it anymore!”

That same day, a giant praying mantis—over twelve inches long—entered my office. I had never seen anything like it. It moved with regal slowness, looking directly into my eyes. My whole body vibrated with an unfamiliar energy. My colleague and I were so shaken that neither of us thought to take a photo. I knew instantly this was the sign I had asked for.

I searched for its meaning, and one message struck me to the core:

“Too much noise will not allow you to hear your inner voice.”

That was the beginning of a new path for me—not a path of doing, but one of slowing down and listening. Of surrendering. Of allowing the Divine Mother to guide me. She can take any form to reach us. And She will, if we ask with sincerity. But we must be willing to listen—and to see.

My First Steps of Inner Work

When one begins the real work, it can feel overwhelming—and that’s why preparation is essential.

At some point, I understood this simple but hard truth: We create our own suffering. As difficult as it was to accept, I realized I was addicted to suffering itself. A twisted pleasure was buried at its core, keeping me hooked. I once recognized this out loud, and that kind of sincere acknowledgment truly matters.

If you want to begin rising from that pit, start by committing consciously to the work—no matter what. Follow your divinity through the synchronicities that will begin to appear.

Practices That Helped Me Begin

Pranayama (Conscious Breathing)

Every conscious breath transmutes sexual energy. I began with slow, intentional breathing: inhale for 8 seconds, hold for 8, exhale for 8 through the mouth. It calmed anxiety more deeply than any reiki or energy session I paid for—and for free.

Later, I discovered the Egyptian pranayama from Master Samael Aun Weor’s Yellow Book. This became my daily anchor—even during post-surgery recovery.

If done with presence and reverence, its effect is profound. Distraction breaks the current, so I would repeat it if not fully present or my mind would wander.

One hour a day, every morning.

Even when I fell into my inner hell later in the day, those few minutes of deep stillness held everything together. My divinity showed me that I do have time for it.

Begin simply by meditating with no sound or guided meditation: relax every part of your body, breathe, or focus on the heart center. Each time the mind wanders, return gently—without judgment, without rush.

That hour is not for the outside world, nor for any expectation. You can set an intention—but let it go the moment you enter. After 40–50 minutes, the mind begins to quiet. You may enter a drowsiness that is not distraction, but a requirement and the very threshold of true meditation.

You don’t need a master at first. Just show up. In time, your Divine Mother will teach you more advanced techniques and how to walk this path.Start today—no more excuses.

• Write, Feel, Release

Each morning, I wrote down my fears, worries, or confusion, then burned the paper. This gave the ego a voice without letting it take control. I gave it to the fire, to the Mother.

Also, in the evening I was journaling my day so I can ground what I’ve observed or learned. Doing only mentally is for later. In the beginning I used writings to clear the mindand ground my experiences. Later, the practice became internal—a silent review as the Gnostic teachings advise through the retrospective practice.

Cleaning the Bodies – Preparing the Inner Temple

To work with your Being, you must purify your temple—body, heart, and mind.

Nature Contact

Walk barefoot daily if possible, to discharge EMFs, neutralize free radicals, and rebalance the nervous system. Mother Nature is not optional—She is our healer.

Solar Gazing

Twenty minutes at sunrise and sunset. The morning sun stimulates awakening; the evening sun helps us return inward, to Source.

Master Samael taught that the sun is now harvesting awakened seeds.

Practicing runes or mantras while gazing at the sun strengthens the connection.

The sun represents the father. We are children of the sun.

Speak to Him. He hears you.

Physical Body Detox

  • Stop eating commercial meat, especially meat produced through cruel or industrial methods. Even my grandfather, during times of hunger, refused it. They knew better back then.

  • Choose organic, non-GMO fruits and vegetables. You become what you consume - the genetic and energetic information in your food transfers in your physical, emotional, and mental systems.

  • Eat fruits on an empty stomach. They digest in the colon and help cleanse it.

  • Drink distilled water to eliminate inorganic minerals and support cellular detox.

  • Chew your food slowly. Avoid eating while watching screens or multitasking.

  • Bless your meals with presence and gratitude.

  • Eliminate alcohol, excess caffeine, and stimulants—they agitate the nervous system and cloud perception.

  • Be aware: graphene oxide is now widespread. It binds to the nervous system and follows the path of the kundalini—but in reverse. Activated by 5G, it can disrupt the mind-body-emotion system. Research detox protocols and do them regularly.

• Emotional Detox

  • Not all egos are defiant—many are deeply wounded by unresolved trauma, often from past lives.

  • Show compassion. Frustration only deepens the wound and feeds the ego.

  • Create space for healing without indulging the ego.

  • Ask your Divine Mother for help when emotions become overwhelming.

  • In time, you must become your own inner parent: present, kind, and firm.

  • Some egos behave like wounded children. They don’t truly intend harm—they act from confusion and pain. Hold them in presence until their essence is released and the rest dissolves into Her hands.

Mental Detox

My guides once told me: “You must control your thoughts—moment by moment.” At the time, I couldn’t even track them.Later, after a nightmare, I was awakened by a voice filled with love but crystal clarity: “Even in dreams, you must control your mind.”

The tools are: Meditation · Silence · Discernment · Continuous moment-to-moment awareness

Your thoughts generate emotions, and together they create actions. This is the living trinity that shapes your reality.

Impressions Detox

  • Avoid news, social media, and violent content. They implant impressions into your subconscious. Advertising is a form of black magic—as is every form of manipulation of consciousness. Don’t overestimate your resistance to them.

  • Even movies with “positive” content must be questioned: What is this feeding in me?

  • Until you master the digestion of impressions, limit your exposure.

Keys for the Path

• Presence

Being present is the foundation of awakening. If you’re not awake here, you won’t be awake in the astral. As below, so above.

A useful Gnostic tool is the Key of SOL (Subject, Object, Location). It must be lived, not repeated mechanically. During the day - Use only one simple check for location and repeat it often. For instance pinch your nose and try to breathe—if you can, you’re in the dream.

Remember that only awakened consciousness remains lucid in the astral.

• Prayer

Prayer doesn’t have to come from a book. In fact, at the beginning, formal prayers often become mechanical and ineffective.

Just speak to your Divine Mother from the heart. She hears every sincere word.

If a prayer goes unanswered, it may be because it comes from the ego—and She will not feed the ego unless it is to reveal it or correct it. She knows what you truly need—far better than you do.

Ask sincerely. Ask for truth. Ask to serve—not to gain. The Divine always responds at the right time with what your soul truly needs.

• Detachment

“Be in the world, but not of the world.”

When you stop grasping, life brings what you truly need. This isn’t mysticism—it’s law. I’ve experienced it directly.

Letting go doesn’t mean losing—it means making space.

You will be tested on this repeatedly.

What you release with trust often returns in a higher, more aligned form—but only when the attachment truly dissolves.

Trust the process, and gradually and consciously let go of everything that clings. You’ll begin to notice: the more you let go, the more life gives. And the opposite is also true—the more you grasp, the more you lose.

Tests and Ordeals

This path is forged through trials—each one aligned with the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. These tests take place in both the Astral and the physical world.

You may fall at times, but every fall reveals where the work is. Divinity won’t allow you to advance unprepared.

Each threshold is marked by a mini dark night of the soul—your guides step back to see how you respond. This is not abandonment. It is initiation.

Expectations

Let go of timelines and imagined milestones.

I once asked, “When will I get there?” The answer came:

“There is no arrival point in your journey of transformation. Every time you arrive, the path begins again.”

Don’t delay with self-judgment or perfectionism. Just start. She will meet you where you are.

About Real Initiation - Gnostic Teaching

In Gnosis, initiation is understood very differently than in most modern spiritual circles.

Real initiation is internal, conscious, and spiritual. It is not recognized by schools, groups, or external rituals—but by the Masters of the White Lodge in the superior worlds.

It is the Being—not the personality, and not the “I” that lives in the physical world—who receives initiation.

What follows is a summary of the teaching as revealed by Master Samael Aun Weor, who made clear that true initiations do not belong to any group, master, or organization—they are intimate processes of the soul.

Your particular Divine Mother Kundalini will lead you inward, ascending through the spinal column to reach the Father, who resides in the pineal gland. In their sacred union, the Inner Christ—the Innermost—is born within the heart. This is the work of sexual alchemy.

One must work with the Divine Mother Kundalini first. She is real. She will find ways to show you—again and again—how deeply loved and supported you are, no matter how many times you fall.

There are many who boast of being initiates; they call each other masters and place the sacred insignias upon their chests, but they have never received any initiations in the superior worlds. These poor beings deceive themselves and others.” ~ Samael Aun Weor, The Major Mysteries

In these final days of this human race, the ascended Masters have authorized the open release of the esoteric teachings to assist all sincere souls in their awakening. Those who still conceal or control this knowledge do so at the cost of great karma.

“No true adept goes about saying that he is an adept. True initiates are terribly modest and always hide their esoteric powers. The initiations are received in the superior worlds. In the physical world there are only parties and social gatherings.” ~ Samael Aun Weor, The Perfect Matrimony

Many are no longer seeking liberation—but survival. And for that, they pursue the most sacred force in the universe: the Christic force, which resides in the sexual seed of every living being.

Some groups or teachers may request vows, loyalty, or exclusive commitment. In certain cases, such obligations can create subtle forms of inner bondage that affect the deeper work of the consciousness. Until discernment is well-developed, it is easy to mistake external authority for inner guidance.

Those who seek truth with sincerity and humility will come to recognize what is genuine—naturally, and in time.

Ask your Inner Being always. You will be shown.
